2 X 4 Club members pledge to give a certain amount to Habitat for Humanity of Effingham County every time that we complete a house in Effingham County. These funds are then used as seed money to start construction on the next house.
Club members are invited to attend each house dedication to celebrate the completion of the home with the homeowner family, and are given a unique pin to wear to encourage others to join the mission as well.
Some members donate $40 each time a home is built, while others donate $75 or $100. The level of giving is up to you and how much your want to help.
Regardless of the amount club members give, they are all making a lasting investment in our community and in the future of our homeowner families.
Club Members make their first donation when enrolling in the 2 X 4 Club. This is a great way to help a deserving family and have a great impact on our community! After the initial enrollment in the club, members are sent notices about the dedication ceremonies and their donation.
